We would like to invite you to join the Magdalen Medical Practice Patient Participation Group (PPG).

A PPG is a group of patients who provide feedback and perspective on the services we offer and contributes to the continuous improvement of services (a PPG is not a forum for complaints or single-issue campaigns, the Practice has procedures for dealing with these on an individual basis).

Benefits for the Patients:

• Patients will have a better understanding and knowledge of the Practice and its staff.
• Patients will benefit from improved communications.
• Patients will have a forum to suggest positive ideas and voice concerns.

Benefits for the Practice and our Staff:

• Practices & staff will be able to plan services jointly with patients to increase their effectiveness.
• They will have a forum to voice concerns ideas and suggestions to patients.
• They will get closer to the community for whom they care.

PPGs Meeting

The PPG forum will meet bi-monthly either virtually or face to face at the practice, these meetings will last approx. 1 hour unless the agenda requires. Guest speakers maybe invited to attend also to provide information to the group on local services available.
